75th Anniversary Cookbook

This cookbook was published in 2004 in celebration of the 75th anniversary of Nokomis Heights. Included in it are recipes from church members both past and present. There are family favorites, as well as recipes from meals served at church and at shelter meals. From Jell-O salad and hot dish to creme fraiche and caramelized shallots our recipes are as varied as the people who come together to worship at Nokomis Heights.

For many, time spent in the church kitchen has been more than merely a time of washing dishes and serving coffee. Above all, gathering around food has been an opportunity for fellowship in Christ through laughter and lots of good food.
